This is the first time I have used coconut flour. It is very drying/gritty in a recipe..but that is the nature of coconut flour.
This product was fresh. One bag goes VERY far since it is added in part to a recipe, not as a replacement for reg. flour.
I highly recommend using a coconut flour recipe book and not trying to manipulate other recipes if you are new to coconut flour.
It is a fiber powerhouse!

I am celiac so always looking for great alternative flours. I love the subtle sweetness of coconut in my baking. This item was back ordered for a long time. Maybe if more of us order, it will stay in stock!

I love baking with this flour. It makes decent bread and muffins. I have missed these two items very much on a low carb diet. How refreshing to have something for breakfast other than eggs. This brand is the best I have tried. The price is very decent as well.
