I enjoy these thin cookies they are really a good compliment to teatime and have fewer calories than regular cookies and perhaps more healthy as well.

"It's just my opinion"
I don't care if the cookies arrived in pieces, they are delicious! I break them up anyway, so it's no big deal to me. They are low in calories and sodium, so it's my newest favorite snack! I'm not a huge fan of the ginger flavored cookie. The chocolate is my favorite, followed by the original Almondina. Yum!

I love these cookies!!
But when I received my 6 pack from Amazon, they were slightly off in crispness and flavor. They still had 4 months before they expired, WTH!
I wrote a letter to Almondina suggesting the re-evaluate their freshness calculation. They responded that they do not sell to Amazon, so they could not comment on any product handling that may have impacted their product's flavor, crispness or freshness. They offered to replace my cookies. Which I thought was excellent customer service. I will buy my Almondinas directly from their website in the future.

I love these cookies! The ginger and spices are great. Best of all they are low in calories. And buying it on Amazon beats paying alot more individually at the health food store. I did find these to try for the first time at a TJ Maxx and they were on sale for $2.00/pack.

The cookies were tasty but 90percent of the 12packages of cookies were crumbs. They are not a soft cookie so I was surprised at how broken up they were, but none the less this is one very tasty cookie if you do not mind the crumbs.
