I purchased one of Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Sockeye Fillet in Gift Box, 8-Ounce Each (Pack of 2) and could only get as far as one bite before spitting it out and pitching the rest of the fillet. The taste of musty fish soaked in stale liquid smoke is exactly the opposite of what I was expecting to experience on my palate.
Needless to say the other box shall remain sealed indefinately. I'm going to frame and mount it on the wall with the title; " Sealed Boxed of Slamming Triple "X" Sockeye Salmon Never to be Opened or Consumed" courtesy of Alaska Smokehouse.
