When I had inadvertently sent this gift to myself rather than to my brother as intended, I ended up making good use of the mistake nonetheless. This is some of the tastiest smoky-flavored salmon I've ever eaten. It keeps well at room-temperature and has a savory, smoky and surprisingly non-fishy gourmet taste. A real treat that is sure to please, it's a great little gift basket for a great price!
