This is a good marinade in my experience (acid content notwithstanding) but the batch I just received from Amazon has a *Best By* date of 4/5/2008, less than a month after I got them.

Fabulous price. Use to be able to get it all the time from Price Chopper. This particular type seemed to disappear. Could only for the Chicago and New York style. I set up auto delivery. Cheaper than if I bought it from the store.
