This is the most fantastic granola you can find. It's light and has a great crispness. The flavors are simple, well balanced and true. The only problem is trying not to eat the whole bag all at once.

18 Rabbits granola, where have you been my whole life!! This stuff is great! Nice well rounded flavor, chewy texture (not too crunchy like some), and not too sweet (like many). It is hard to find a granola that is not full of sugar and other processed ingredients. I read the labels like crazy. I recently adopted a diet low in carbohydrates and this granola has the lowest I could find. It is amazing at only 22 grams for a half cup serving (including 4 grams of fiber)! Most labels I have read list about that many grams for only a quarter cup serving! I have also found that it does not raise my blood sugar, which may be helpful for diabetics or others watching their blood glucose levels. I have tried all three flavors by 18 rabbits and this is my favorite. The Veritas (gold package) with cocoa nibs is nice, but I missed the coconut undertones of this flavor and the Felicitas was not a favorite since I found the cherries to be overly hard and tart. I like to scoop out a half cup of granola add a quarter cup of walnuts and a tablespoon of flax meal, top it with whole milk or almond milk, yummy. I am sure it would be great with yogurt or ice cream!
So, to round up my review if you are looking for a granola with WHOLE ingredients (just read the list) and not a lot of extra sweetener this is the one for you! I just noticed it is also wheat, soy, and corn free as well, amazing!
